COLLECTION OR DELIVERY

You can pick up the ordered goods in person at the headquarters of AEC doo, Kidričeva ulica 3, 1330 Kočevje, or we can deliver them to you by express mail. Packaging and delivery costs will be charged to you according to the total weight of the products. The products will be delivered to you by the chosen courier service (GLS) or Pošta Slovenije. In the case of a different delivery method, it is necessary to make an agreement in advance.

The usual delivery time for all orders is up to 3 working days, unless otherwise agreed.

COMPLAINTS

If you are not satisfied with the product or service, please let us know by email (info@magnezijev-klorid.si) or by phone: 041/929-852. After reviewing the service or goods, we will find the best possible quote for you. If it is determined that you are entitled to a replacement or a refund, we will take this into account. Complaints are valid within 8 days of receipt.

DATA CONFIDENTIALITY

We guarantee the confidentiality of personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act ZVOP-1 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, 86/04 of 5 August 2004). The general terms and conditions are drawn up taking into account the Consumer Protection Act.

Payment Methods

After submitting the order, the client receives a notification of receipt of the order also to the email address. The payment methods are as follows:

PAYMENT BY INVOICE

After receiving the invoice in PDF format, you can make the payment via the online bank or physically at the bank or post office using a UPN order. Once the payment has been made, we pack the products you ordered and send them to you no later than the next working day.

Payment After Collection

The ordered goods will be sent to you by GLS express mail or via Pošta Slovenije. The costs of cash on delivery and delivery costs are borne by the customer.

Payment On Personal Collection

Working hours are from Monday to Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. or by prior arrangement.

Payment In Currency

Applies to regular customers or to customers who have a long-term cooperation agreement with us.
